When you’re trying to go deeper and connect with your inner Self and put some kind of daily self-love practice in place, it’s not always easy to think of new and fresh ways to do this that will spark your interest and keep it!


I can be my own worst enemy at this and my attention span certainly hasn’t aged all that well! 😁🤦‍♀️


So I’ve been making a list of different things I can try and that I can mix up to keep things interesting and thought it might be good to share it with everyone!

5.     Surround yourself with positive vibes; cleanse your space with sage or palo santo regularly.

6.     Practice gratitude daily; even the smallest blessings can shift your energy.

7.     Dive into the magic of Tarot cards; they're mirrors reflecting your inner wisdom.

8.     Connect with the moon's cycles; each phase offers unique opportunities for growth and release.

9.     Set powerful intentions during the new moon; plant seeds of manifestation and watch them bloom.
