These Terms & Conditions apply to healing sessions, Reiki, Tarot readings and personal support services provided by Rosy Watson of Love Energy Healing.

By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. Nature of Services

Love Energy Healing offers complementary wellbeing and spiritual services, including intuitive energy healing, Reiki, Tarot readings, sound therapy and personal guidance.

These services are intended to support relaxation, personal reflection, emotional wellbeing and spiritual exploration.

I am not a medical practitioner, and my services do not provide medical diagnoses, treatments or cures. They are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.

Please consult your GP or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical symptoms, concerns, diagnoses or prescribed treatments.

Never discontinue or change prescribed medication or medical treatment on the basis of information received during a session.

2. Individual Experiences and Outcomes

Every person's experience of energy healing and Tarot is different.

You may experience relaxation, emotional responses, physical sensations, personal insights or other changes during or after a session. Equally, you may experience very little that is immediately noticeable.

No particular physical, emotional, spiritual or personal outcome can be guaranteed.

Tarot readings offer intuitive guidance, insight and possible future directions. They are not guarantees of future events and should not replace appropriate professional advice concerning medical, legal or financial matters.

Testimonials reflect individual clients' experiences and should not be taken as guarantees of similar results.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed following completion of the booking process.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.

The price and duration of each service will be displayed before purchase.

Please ensure your contact information is correct so that I can send your appointment details and any relevant follow-up information.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

I understand that circumstances sometimes change. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and late cancellations may prevent another person from booking that time.

• 48 hours or more before your appointment - You may cancel your appointment and request a full refund, or reschedule free of charge, subject to availability. 

• Less than 48 hours before your appointment - Cancellations and requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours' notice are treated as late cancellations. A cancellation charge of up to the full session fee may apply, reflecting the loss caused by the cancellation, including any inability to fill the reserved appointment.

• Free rescheduling is not automatically available with less than 48 hours' notice.

• Missed appointments - If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified me in advance, a cancellation charge of up to the full session fee may apply, reflecting the loss incurred.

• Exceptional circumstances - I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will consider the circumstances individually.

• If I need to cancel - If I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• How to cancel or reschedule - Please email rosy@loveenergyhealing.co.uk with your name, appointment date and request. 

• All cancellation charges and refunds are subject to applicable consumer law and your statutory rights.

 

5. Multi-Session Packages and Personal Support Programmes

Where you purchase a package or programme involving multiple sessions, the services included, duration, payment arrangements and any programme-specific conditions will be explained before purchase.

Individual appointments within a programme are subject to the 48-hour notice policy above.

If you wish to end a programme early, please contact me by email. Any refund or outstanding payment will be assessed in accordance with the programme's agreed terms, services already delivered, any reasonable losses arising from cancellation and your statutory rights.

Where a programme includes instalment payments, the agreed payment schedule does not necessarily mean that each instalment purchases a separate monthly service.

6. Online and Distant Sessions

Online healing and Tarot sessions are normally delivered through a live video call.

Where offered and agreed, distant energy healing may also take place without a live call.

Please ensure you have a suitable environment and, where relevant, a working internet connection.

If technical difficulties prevent a session from taking place, please contact me so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

 

7. Personal Responsibility and Consent

You are welcome to discuss any concerns, preferences or relevant circumstances before or during your session.

You may ask questions, decline a particular element of a session or request that the session stop at any time.

For in-person healing, I will explain the nature of any hands-on work and seek your consent before proceeding.

You remain responsible for your personal decisions, including any action you choose to take following intuitive guidance or a Tarot reading.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

 

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information provided when booking or attending a session will be treated respectfully and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

Information shared during a session is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Personal session reflections, including your Energy Debrief™, are intended for your own use.

Please refer to the website's Privacy Policy for further information about how personal data is collected, used and stored.

9. Website Content and Resources

Information provided on this website, in emails, written resources and other materials is intended for general information, personal development and spiritual exploration.

Although reasonable care is taken in preparing content, it should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.

Unless otherwise stated, original written content and resources created by Rosy Watson are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially reused without permission.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.

The time taken for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Any refunds required under applicable consumer law will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Where a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, it takes precedence over the standard appointment cancellation policy.
