Imagine this: You, curled up on the sofa with a warm cuppa… Me on FaceTime / WhatsApp / Zoom… And together we gently calm your nervous system, clear the energy you’ve absorbed from the day (or the whole season), and help you feel like yourself again. This 30-minute session is perfect when you’re feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, drained, or just “not quite right” - especially during the busy, emotional energy of December and the transition into a new year. It’s a soft reset for your mind, body, and energy.. without leaving home. 💛 What happens in your session We keep it simple, cosy, and grounded. 1. Settle & Arrive - a few calming breaths together so your system can soften and feel safe. 2. Energy Reset & Clearing - I gently clear what isn’t yours, soothe your field, and rebalance the places that feel heavy, buzzy, tight, or overloaded. 3. Tarot & Intuitive Guidance - I pull a few cards to bring clarity to whatever is on your heart. You can ask questions, or we can simply see what comes through. 4. Practical Next Steps - one soft, clear direction to help you stay grounded and steady after the session. You don’t need to prepare or know what to ask. Just show up exactly as you are. 🌙 How it feels.. Most people describe this as: - lighter - clearer - able to breathe - calm again - more like “themselves” - less overwhelmed - more grounded in their body Some feel tingles, warmth, emotion rising and releasing, or a wave of deep peace. Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and needs of all my clients, please contact me as soon as possible if you can’t attend a scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please email me at rosy@loveenergyhealing.co.uk. If you’d like to reschedule, please include your phone number/email and the best time to reach you, so I can get back to you promptly. If you make a cancellation it will attract a 10% cancellation fee. If I have to cancel your appointment you will be refunded the full amount paid. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card. Refunds for PayPal payments will be processed directly through PayPal. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
